This application has been filed, seeking to permit the applicant to purchase the entire 125.66 acres of land along with buildings belonging to the company in liquidation/2nd respondent herein, at the guideline value or a reasonable price fixed by this Court, subject to satisfaction of clear title and on verification of the title deeds of the said property.

In fact, the applicant has not quoted any price for purchasing the property belonging to the company in liquidation/2nd respondent, but intended to purchase at the guideline value or a reasonable price to be fixed by this Court.
