18795/2021) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.KANMANI ANNAMALAI, Advocate for MR.T.ARUNKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.RESHMI CHRISTY, Advocate for the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted by order dated 06.10.2021 to file an appeal against the order in EA.No.381 of 2012.
2.Heard Mr.Kanmani Annamalai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mrs.Reshmi Christy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3.A perusal of the affidavit shows that the copy of the order in the revision was not made available to the petitioners and the copies of the original orders that were filed along with the revision were not returned by the Registry in time to enable the petitioners to file the appeal within the time granted under order dated 06.10.2021. It is now conceded that the petitioners have got the original orders as well as the order in the civil revision petition.
4.Considering the said factual situation, this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered, the time granted is extended for a further period of 30 days from today.
