Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to divery vehicular traffic in the national highway No.48 from Bangalore to Chennai, into the service lane at the entry point suggested by the petitioner in its letter dated 30.08.2022, being an entry point from National Highway No.48 into the service lane adjacent to a bye-lane that leads into Bagaveli village located 400 meters away from the schools of the petitioner.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for directions, directing the respondents to divert vehicular traffic in the national highway No.48 from Bangalore to Chennai, into the service lane at the entry point suggested by the petitioner in its letter dated 30.08.2022, being an entry point from National Highway No.48 into the service lane adjacent to a bye-lane that leads into Bagaveli village located 400 meters away from the schools of the petitioner.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 & 3, submitted that the entire project has been completed and the road
has been laid. Hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition. 3.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
