Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner perjury complaint dated 26.07.2019 within stipulated period and consequently direct the 1st respondent to cognizance the case against the 3rd respondent under Section 195 read with 340 Cr.P.C and punish the same.
