This petition has been filed to call for the records made in FIR Crime No.7 of 2019 on the file of Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Kancheepuram District and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation the first respondent filed a final report and taken cognizance in S.C.No.16 of 2019 on the file of the Mahila Court, Chengalpet. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
