Contempt Petition No.2110 of 2023 M.DHANDAPANI,J.

pri 2.This Court vide order dated 23.02.2022 made in W.P.No.3505 of 2022 granted permission to the petitioner to file revision before the District Revenue Officer and issued direction to the DRO to pass appropriate orders on receipt of such revision, pursuant to which, the petitioner has approached the DRO and the DRO has dismissed the petitioner's revision on 17.03.2023.

3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
