[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner is the husband of the detenue. Inter alia alleging that his wife is missing from 25.07.2019 onwards, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The detenue is present today. Steadfastly, she has refused to rejoin the petitioner. The reason for her refusal we do not want to record. Suffice it to state that there is no illegal detention involved.
