Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relaxation of condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.16811 of 2021 in Cr.No.446 of 2021 order dated 14.09.2021 pending on the file of respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.KARTHEEBAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 14.09.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 14.09.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month.
