This application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the respondent.

2. This application has been filed in the year 2010. Almost five years have lapsed. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the case is in part heard case and the case is posted for the examination of the Investigation Officer on 17.7.2015.

3. Therefore, I am of the opinion that there is no need in this petition and the petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the court, if circumstances so arise.
