Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2011 and 14.05.2012 requesting them to cancel the UDR patta No.581 wrongly issued in favour of the 4th respondent in respect of the petitioner's property comprised in S.No.350/1 measuring 52 cents situated at Morapakkam Village, madurantakkam Taluk, Kancheepuram district and to issue patta in petitioner's favour in respect of the petitioner's property.
