This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to process and grant Environmental Clearance for the proposed expansion of the petitioner's unit situated at B 1/S, 39-52, Sipcot Industrial Complex, Gummidipoondi, Thiruvallur District. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the 4th respondent has given its recommendations permitting expansion of the petitioner's Unit. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a writ petition, if necessary. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the endorsement and
submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty reserved to the petitioner to file a writ petition if there is fresh cause of action.
