ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.09.2021 and investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has lodged a complaint to the second respondent police on 15.09.2021 and thereafter, sent a representation to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Thittakudi, on 24.09.2021and followed it by another representation to the first petitioner on 01.10.2021 and another on 23.10.2021 to the higher officials, no action has been taken.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner will be ready to appear before the respondent police on any given date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the second respondent The Sub Inspector of Police in charge of S.H.O. Avinangudi, had not received any complaint. On the contrary, the petitioner seems to have sent the complaint to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Higher Official. He further submits that if the petitioner can approach the second respondent along with the copy of the complaint, the second respondent will take appropriate action. 5.In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police along with the copy of the complaint on 06.12.2021 substantiating his contention and thereafter, the respondent police is directed to enquire and proceed in accordance with law.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
