This petition is filed to condone the delay of 943 days in filing the above appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3.It is seen that private notice sent to the respondents 3 and 4 has been served and their names have been printed in the cause list. Despite the same, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4 either in person or through their counsel. It appears that the respondents 3 and 4 have got no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4.In view of the same, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
