This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11902 of 2023 dated 06.06.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a., for a period of three weeks and thereafter every saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11902 of 2023 dated 06.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. (If first working day is holiday, petitioner shall report before the respondent police on next working day).
