This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 410 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Chief Justice Relief fund within a period of three weeks from today (30.09.2022). The C.M.P.No.16763 of 2022 is ordered.
