Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3.
2. This writ petition is filed since the representation given by the petitioner to the Tahsildar, Cheyyur Taluk on 14.03.2019 complaining about the issuance of bogus patta in the name of the 4th respondent Rajendran in respect of ancestral property held by the petitioner herein, has not been considered.
3. The petitioner has stated in the complaint that 1022 square meters of land in Survey No.96/9 of Kaanaathur Village was settled in favour of the petitioner by his father. In the said property patta No.106 was issued. He is in Possession and enjoyment of the property. However, he came to know that in the year 2006, to the patta No.113, the 4th respondent has obtained documents in respect of 196 square meters of land in Survey No.99/3, which according to the petitioner, it is a bogus document. When the said complaint given by the petitioner on 14.03.2019 has not been considered by the Tahsildar, another complaint was given on 04.04.2019 to the Revenue Divisional Officer and also to the District Collector. Even the District Collector and the Revenue Divisional Officer have not acted upon the complaint, hence, the writ petition.
4. The learned Government Advocate reports before this Court that the complaint has been considered and enquiry on the complaint has been fixed on 29.09.2019 at 3.00 p.m., to appear before the Tahsildar, Cheyyur.
5. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry after giving opportunity to the parties and pass appropriate orders on merit on or before 15.11.2019. No costs.
