A.No.4002 of 2022 in O.P.No.278 of 1948 S.VAIDYANATHAN,J When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Rajeshkrishnan (E.No.4657 of 2018), learned counsel for the Applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Application and he has also made the following endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect:

"Upon instruction from the Applicant, I am hereby withdrawing the present Appln.No.4002 of 2022 in O.P.278 of 1948."
