Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition came to be numbered under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by way of transfer of O.A.No.1292 of 2003 from the file of Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal with a prayer to call for the records of the first respondent, the District Collector, Kanyakumari District in Ref. D6/4131/03 dated 5.2.2003 and set aside the same and pass such further orders.

Though the petitioner filed Original Application No.1292 of 2003 before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal challenging the impugned order of reversion passed by the first respondent, the District Collector, Kanyakumari District in Ref. D6/4131/03 dated 5.2.2003, which was subsequently transferred to this Court as W.P.
