These Petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Sepperumal Moopanar (1st appellant in S.A.SR.No.88201/2015) in the above Second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and also considering the submissions made, these petitions are allowed.

4. Post the case on 23.09.2024.
