Crl.O.P.No.22137 of 2022 Crl.O.P.No.22137 of 2022 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN.J., This criminal original petition has been filed seeking bail for offences under Sections 8(c) read with 22(c), 29(1) of Narcotic Drugs and Phychotropic Substances Act, 1985 [hereinafter "NPDS Act"].

2. Since the case of the prosecution is in respect of seizure of 460 LSD Stamps, wherein this petitioner is arrayed as one of the accused for conspiracy and possession of LSD Stamps, this Court, after considering the materials, had passed a detailed order on 16.03.2022 and dismissed the bail petition.

3. This is the second bail petition wherein the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the final report has already been filed and the petitioner has undertake not to tamper the witnesses and abide by any conditions.

4. However, considering the quantity of contrabands seized, being the commercial quantity and the charges for conspiracy being framed against the petitioner under Section 37 of NPDS Act, this Court finds that there is prima facie case has been made out and under Section 37 of NPDS Act, bar applies to the petitioner herein.
