This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2721 days in filling the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased Sepperumal Moopanar (1st appellant in S.A.SR.No.88201 of 2015) in the above CMP.No.12273 of 2016 in S.A.SR.No.88201 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Service Authority, Chennai, within a period of two week from today and on such payment 1\2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
