This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 25.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.20258 of 2022 i.e., the petitioners shall execute separate bonds for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute separate bonds for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with one surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned. Further, the petitioners are directed to surrender and execute the sureties, as ordered by this Court, on or before 23.09.2022, failing which the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled. 14.09.2022 mpl https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
