This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the first respondent herein in Crl.O.P.No.8463 of 2025 dated 27.03.2025. 1/4

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner herein submitted that the first respondent has not complied with the anticipatory bail conditions imposed on her by this Court, vide order dated 27.03.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.8463 of 2025 and also went to abroad, thereby stalled the MoU entered between them and also violated the anticipatory bail condition in para No.9(b) of the aforesaid order, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders, hence prays to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the first respondent herein.

The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent herein submitted that, the first respondent herein had complied with all the conditions imposed on her by this Court while granting anticipatory bail. He also submitted that the condition in para No.9(b) imposed on the first respondent herein in Crl.O.P.No.8463 of 2025 dated 27.03.2025 is also relaxed by this Court, vide order dated 23.06.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.10823 of 2025; that the first respondent had went to abroad to meet out her livelihood and she has not violated any of the conditions imposed on her by this Court, hence prays to dismiss this petition.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the second respondent.

Considering the submissions made on both sides, nature of offence, the fact that the first respondent herein had complied with the anticipatory bail conditions imposed on her, by this Court and the condition in para No.9(b) imposed on the first respondent herein in Crl.O.P.No.8463 of 2025 dated 27.03.2025 is also subsequently relaxed, vide order dated 23.06.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.10823 of 2025, this Court finds that there is no violation of any of the anticipatory bail conditions imposed on her and there is no ground made out to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the first respondent herein.
