This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the contempt of order of this Court made in Crl.OP.No.4108 of 2021 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dated 03.03.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the Final Report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villupuram through e-filing on 20.12.2021. The relevant Final Report along with the other materials was also produced before this Court. 3.In view of the above, this contempt petition is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villupuram, to act upon the Final Report, within a period of four weeks.
