Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to survey the land of the petitioner and lay the boundaries stone for fencing the property in Patta No.9964/C, Town Survey No.97/3, Ward.C., Block No.8, Paimash No.122 and 122A situate at Agraharam Village, Kumarapalayam, Thiruchengodu Taluk, Namakkal District, measuring to an extent of 2145 sq. meters or about 0.53 cents with help of the 2nd respondent.

By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner would state that the sale deed presented by the petitioner in respect of Paimash No.122 and 122A, Ward C, Block No.8 in S.No.97 admeasuring to an extent of 0.2145 sq. mt. or 53 cents with patta No.9964, situate at Agraharam Village, Kumarapalayam, Thiruchengodu Taluk, Namakkal District, was registered on 25.01.2016 bearing Doc.No.409 of 2016 on the file of the office of the Sub Registrar, Kumarapalaym. Thereafter, submitted an application dated 20.07.2016 along with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
prescribed fee praying for survey and measurement as well as to fix the boundaries and since no response is forthcoming, submitted a representation dated 10.08.2016 to the second respondent and despite the receipt of the same, no orders have been passed and hence, came forward to file this Writ Petition.
3. Heard the submissions of Mr.V.Elangovan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.V.Duraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2016 in accordance with law, after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
