(b)Permanent injunction restraining the defendants 1 to 3 from giving effect to the notice dated 13.10.2021 calling for a meeting on 04.12.2021 at Hotel GRT Grant, T.Nagar, Chennai at 4.00 p.m. and subsequent notice of the 3rd defendant calling of the EGM vide notice dated 28.10.2021 for an EGM on 22.11.2021 between 5.30 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. through video conferencing.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff sought permission of this Court to withdraw the suit and had also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. 2/4

2.Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the plaintiff, this Civil Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Registry is directed to refund the Court fee as applicable after making statutory deductions (if any) by following the procedure of refund.
