Heard Mr.N.Moorthi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Varunkumar, learned Standing Counsel accepting notice on behalf of the respondent and with their consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. 2.The petitioner seeks for grant of electricity connection claiming that she is in possession of a property, which is said to be situated in Thideer Nagar. Admittedly, the petitioner does not have any document to show that it is a private property, but appears to be a property of the Government, in which, the petitioner could have encroached.

3.Thus, on the given facts, the prayer sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, this will not prevent the petitioner from pursuing his representation before the respondent, who shall consider the same in accordance with law. No costs. Sd/- Asst. Registrar.
