This application has been filed to grant leave to sue the application mentioned suit schedule property situated outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court in the present suit for partition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. Item No.2 of the suit schedule property alone is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and other properties are outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Since the suit is for partition, leave is granted and this application stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
