Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case has been registered in Crime No.660 of 2022.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and seeks liberty to file a fresh petition with crime number.

3. In view of the submissions made by both sides, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
