MANJULA CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.11906 of 2021 IN CRL A.151/2021 PRAVEENKUMAR [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, KATPADI POLICE STATION, VELLORE DISTRICT (CR.NO.266/2014) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.151 of 2021 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed against the petitioner on 23/11/2020, in SC No.22/2016 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court(Sessions Court), Vellore, and release the petitioner on bail till the disposal of the Crl.A.No.151 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.151 of 2021 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.PUGALENTHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S R.MUNIYAPPARAJ, GOVT.ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, who appeared before this Court via video conferencing, sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition.
