CRIME NO.621 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till filing charge sheet imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.10172 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14645 of 2021 dated 05.10.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.P.SATHYAMURTHY, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.10172 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14645 of 2021 on 05.10.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
