This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 161 days in filing the above appeal.
2. Mr.K.Srinivasamurthy, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 to 5 and submitted that he has no objection in condoning the delay.
3. Despite service of notice to the sixth respondent and his name having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of him.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
