Pursuant to the order dated 19.12.2019, the learned counsel for the respondent filed an affidavit of undertaking of the respondent dated 09.01.2020.

2. In the said affidavit of undertaking, it is affirmed as under: "I respectfully submit that I will not give any interview against the applicant/plaintiff with regard to this issue without prejudice to the above civil suit. If any of the news agencies have published news based upon the order passed by the Hon'ble Court, I am not responsible for it. This undertaking affidavit will not bind me from working out my legal remedy under the criminal procedure code and if any news published based on the orders of the Hon'ble Court, it will not bind upon me. This fact may be pleased to record by this Hon'ble Court and close the application."

3. The learned counsel for the applicant also submits that he is agreeable to this course of action.
