Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to take appropriate legal action on the representation made by the petitioner on 01.09.2011 as against the 3rd and 4th respondents herein preventing them from dispossessing the petitioner from the house property ground and premises bearing Old No.89, New No.90, Ramasamy Street, Mannadi, Chennai-600001, comprised in Old Survey No.1957/1958, R.S.No.3109/2, measuring an extent of 1257.50 sq.ft., (116.82 Sq.Mt.), situated at V.O.C.Nagar Division, Block No.28 of Fort-Tondiarpet Taluk, Chennai-600001 unlawfully without due process of law till the disposal of the suit in O.S.No.5887/2022 pending on the file of XXII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

This Writ Petition has been filed for a issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to take appropriate legal action on the representation made by the petitioner on 01.09.2011 as against the 3rd and 4th respondents herein preventing them from dispossessing the petitioner from the house property ground and premises 2/4
