No.378 of 2015, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed in C.C. No.96 of 2022 and the same is taken on file by the learned Magistrate, Vandavasi, In view of the completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
