On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and finding the reason assigned by the petitioner(s) to be justifiable, the interest for the default period is ordered to be waived. Therefore, the delay in filling CMA.SR.No.103034 of 2024 is condoned.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
5. Registry is directed to list the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal after numbering the same, if they are otherwise in order, along with CMA.No.2647 of 2023 on 04.08.2025.
