ORDER

The prayer in the Criminal Original Petition is to direct the respondent to file a Final Report in Crime No.969 of 2020 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent submits that the investigation was completed and the matter is referred as 'mistake of fact' and a report to that effect has been filed on the file of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli. It is also undertaken that R.C.S notice will be served on the petitioner herein within one week from today.

3. Recording the same and giving liberty to the petitioner to take such steps in the manner known to law, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
