PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records connected with the detention order of the 2nd respondent in B3/D.O.49/2024 dated 03.07.2024 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body and person of detenu namely Karim son of Farith aged 28 years detained in Central Prison, Vellore, before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
