Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent in R.C.No.Affln 11(4)/17318/2012 dated 08.10.2012, quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent University to grant affiliation to the petitioner college for the academic year 2012-13.
