ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12505 of 2025, dated 24.04.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, this Court while granting anticipatory bail had directed that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a week at 10.30 a.m, until further orders". He would further submit that due to the said condition, the petitioner is unable to attend his work regularly and is facing difficulty. Therefore, he prays for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition only for 11 days i.e., from 04.06.2025 to 09.07.2025, and thereafter he was not appeared.

4. Considering the submissions on both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12505 of 2025, dated 08.04.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. 2/2
