The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.Not known of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, an enquiry has been conducted and closed.
