ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicant to permit him to produce the documents belatedly.

2. According to the applicant, he obtained the documents through RTI recently and was thereby unable to produce the documents at the time of filing the written statement. Therefore, he filed this application.

3. The other side has strongly objected to receive the documents on the ground that these documents have no relevance to decide the case and there are no reasons stated by the applicant to produce those documents belatedly.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the applicant that he was able to Page No.2 of 4

obtain the documents recently and he was unable to produce the documents at the time of filing the written statement, and the documents are also very essential to decide the case, it is appropriate to allow this application, and the documents can be received subject to proof, relevancy, and admissibility.

5. The respondents are at liberty to raise any objection at the time of marking the documents.
