Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to issue a new and separate electricity supply line and meter to the petitioner at his own cost and expenses to his property at Plot Old No.11, New No.69, Railway Station Road, Korattur, Chennai - 600 080 under the provisions of Rule 27(4) of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Distribution Code, 2004 read with relevant act and Rules applicable thereto.
