ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 465, 468, 471, 420, 294(b), 506(i) and 120(b) of IPC in Crime No.21 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant has given a complaint before the respondent police on the allegation that the petitioners has received a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- in the year of 2018-2019 from the defacto complainant to secure a Government Job. Thereafter, the petitioners and others issued the fake appointment order to the defacto complainant. Thereafter, the said order have been taken back by the other accused. Subsequently despite of the demand made by the defacto complainant the petitioners and other accused neither returned the money nor secured a job. Hence, this complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners and other accused secured a Government job and investigation is still pending and the amount involving more than Rs.5 Crores. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

(*) 5.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), that investigation is at initial stage and these petitioners are not arrayed as accused as on date and the petition deserves to be closed"
