This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2022 to issue patta for the land in New 1/3

Survey No.423/8, located in Sree Gokulapuram Extention II situated at Sengundram Village, Chengalpattu Taluk and District.

2. This Court by order dated 20.09.2022, directed the learned Additional Government Pleader to get instructions with regard to the grant of patta, if it is otherwise in order on the next hearing date.

3. Accordingly, this case is listed today under the caption, "for issuance of patta". When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the prayer of the petitioner has been complied with and a patta has been granted in favour of the petitioner and the same will be uploaded in the website.
