] This Court by judgment dated 23.09.2024, allowed the above Original Side Appeal and condoned the delay with cost of Rs.10,000/- payable by the appellant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment, and directed the matter to be listed for reporting compliance.
