ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 294B, 323, 506 (ii) of IPC in Cr.No.882 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons trespassed into the property of the defacto complainant and attacked the defacto complainant and his family members and also damaged the household articles. Further, they also attacked the tenant of the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21484 of 2021, dated 17.11.2021.

5.Considering the submissions made by the both counsel, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
