This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14800 of 2023 dated 04.07.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police at daily 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14800 of 2023 dated 04.07.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai whenever summon has been served on the petitioner until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
