The petition is to quash the FIR for the alleged offences under Sections 406, 420, 468 and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code.

2. It is alleged in the FIR that the petitioners had cheated the defacto complainant to the tune of Rs.9,60,00,000/- (Rupees Nine Crores Sixty Lakhs Only). Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that he had given change of vakalath. However, it is seen that none has entered appearance for the petitioners.

4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as non-prosecution. It is open to the first respondent to investigate and file a final report within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions is closed.
