Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2015 for deletion of wrong entries made in revenue records in favour of respondents 4 to 6 and issue patta in favour of petitioner in respect of 18 cents of land comprised in Survey No. 261 of Bagalur Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District within the time to be stipulated by this Court. O R D E R

The petitioner made a representation on 28.12.2015 to respondents 1 to 3 stating that since, without notice to him, under the Updating Revenue Scheme, pattas were wrongly issued and the revenue records were mutated in favour of respondents 4 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to 6, in respect of 18 cents of land comprised in Survey No. 261 of Bagalur Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, belonging to him, the same may be cancelled and fresh patta may be issued in his favour. As no steps have been taken by respondents 1 to 3 to correct the wrong entries, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition. 2.

Considering the pendency of the representation of the petitioner, with regard to the relief sought, a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.12.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits, in accordance with law and after due notice to all parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
